The Miller Institute brings together an interdisciplinary community of scientists dedicated to fundamental research. Institute members include Miller Research Fellows, early-career postdocs pursuing independent projects; Miller Research Professors, UC Berkeley faculty granted funding and teaching release to focus entirely on research; Visiting Miller Professors, accomplished scientists from other institutions sparking collaborative partnerships; and Miller Senior Fellows, eminent faculty who provide mentorship and guidance. Led by executive leadership, including our Executive Director and Executive Committee, these exceptional researchers collaborate, exchange perspectives, and nurture their scientific curiosity across STEM fields.
